When high-performing teams log off together, something powerful happens. For one of Europe’s leading international law firms, we designed an multi-day summer experience that traded formalities for fresh air: bringing together over 1,000 colleagues for a moment of reconnection, celebration and play.

Venue Creation
We transformed a serene countryside tree nursery into a fully equipped pop-up campsite; complete with canvas tents, lounge zones, main stage, catering fields and shaded hangouts. Every square meter was designed for spontaneity, comfort and discovery, all built from the ground up for this one special occasion.
Green Theme
True to its name, The Great Outdoors celebrated all things green. We partnered up with our venue, who grow and ship acres of trees, to turn the campsite into a lush, living space. Nature wasn’t just the setting; it became part of the scenography and the story. Outdoor became Indoor.
Multi-Level Show Creation
From intimate workshops and wellness corners to mainstage content, parties and live acts, the event ran on multiple tracks; each tailored to a different energy level and interest. This multi-program flow gave every guest the freedom to move, choose, and make the day their own.
