When the topics are serious but the vibe is light, you get a company event that truly lands. For PIA Group, we created an internal experience that used gamification, smart design and storytelling to energize and engage employees from across the country on themes that matter.

Gamification
Each zone tackled a relevant topic through interactive games and challenges. From a custom-built elevator pitch simulator to a full-scale escape room about data safety, learning became play, and insight turned into action.
Show Design
The main stage served as the heartbeat of the day, where LED wristbands, dynamic lighting and a high-energy host created a sense of unity and shared momentum. Informative content met entertainment in a format designed to surprise and stick.
Guest Logistics
With employees from 25+ locations nationwide, a strong communication strategy was key. From pre-event teasers to on-site flow, every step of the guest journey was managed to build anticipation, clarity and excitement; all culminating in a seamless, shared experience.
